Tomorrow is the annual KEXP Volunteer Appreciation Party. Every year they have a mix CD swap. For the parties in the past two years, I've simply made a copy of a mix I'd made in the past. This year I wanted to make a fresh one. My general concept is "bands I've seen live because of KEXP". My original thought was to use bands that I'd heard perform live on KEXP and as a result gone to see them, but there aren't actually that many; those are marked below with the sign §. So I'm filling out the list with other bands I've seen live because of first hearing their music being played on KEXP. I'm including the dates of the shows, although in at least one case I'm not certain of the date. Note that I'll be editing this post with some more details, as I've only got a few minutes left to get this post up and dated for today (Wednesday the 28th).
