I arrived in Seattle. (It was actually a year ago yesterday, on March 12th, but sadly I was too busy today to post an update in time.) The weather today is pretty much just like it was a year ago -- solidly grey overcast and raining fairly hard.
A whole year. It's been a very interesting and overall very fun year. Hmm, I'm too tired right now to really talk about my first year here. But I do want to say that the best things about the past year have been renewing my close friendship with Tony and developing new friendships. I continue to have the good fortune to know some truly amazingly cool people and to call them friends.
Now, if I could just meet Zannah, after years of reading her websites, my arrival in Seattle would be complete... ;-)
